What is a Convertable Grant?
“Dpixel will provide the startups with financing in the form of “finanziamento in conto futuro aumento capitale” (funding against future capital increases), obtaining the right to convert the grant into an equity share in the startup, according to the terms set out in the specific agreement to be signed between the parties.

It is important to note that the Convertible Grant is not a form of debt, therefore there is no interest attached. Should Dpixel fail to convert its share, the amount will not have to be returned.”

What can or should I use the Convertible Grant for?
The convertible grant can be used to purchase resources necessary for the growth of the startup. Dpixel will retain a small portion of the convertible grant as reimbursement for the operational expenses of the accelerator program (services and support). The startup must allocate an additional portion of the convertible grant to technical validation services provided by a partner chosen by Dpixel.
Can all my team members participate?
Dpixel needs to get to know the team and see how they work together. Therefore, regular and active participation from the entire team is strongly recommended.
